Spain sets news project in Caraga
GUSAN DEL SUR -- The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said 282 of the 1,311 barangays in Caraga Region are affected by illegal drug menace, while 195 barangays are already moderately affected. PDEA Regional Director Erwin Ogario said only 59 barangays are slightly affected by the drug menace, while 28 barangays are seriously affected as of May this year. “There are only two most popular drugs that are proliferating in the region, namely Methamphetamine Hydrochloride, otherwise known as shabu; and cannabis or Marijuana,” Director Ogaria added.
