MannyVillar graces church blessing at Gran Europa by Remee Monique O. Espiritu

Villar Foundation Chairman and former senator Manny Villar graces the blessing and inauguration of the San Vicente Ferrer Church located at Gran Europa, Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City on July 13, 2013. The church is built on a 308.55sq.m. lot and seats 250 people. San Vicente Ferrer Church was designed by Architect Arthuro Secuya, who schemed it so it went with Gran Europa’s European theme. According to Senator Villar, this chapel

is only the 4th out of 12 future projects of the Villar Foundation to build churches in their respective subdivisions all over the Philippines. Also according to Senator Villar, the chapel was planned in a way that it would still expand, that there was still room for the expansion of San Vicente Ferrer church. “We are the living stones of the church of unity.” says Cagayan de Oro’s Archbishop Villar Foundation Chairman Manny Villar (left) and Archbishop Antonio Ledesma (right) in Antonio Ledesma during his homily.
