CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - Looking into this city’s future, Rotarians who have gathered to celebrate its 65th anniversary, were equally elated that their invited guest speaker, no less than the incoming city mayor Oscar Moreno, spoke of the same aspirations that they are envisioning for Cagayan de Oro.

urban & rural development planning, improvement of the quality of education, protection of the environment, better health services, agricultural productivity, investment promotions and tourism.
