It appeared Associate Justice Mariano C. Del Castillo is the richest magistrate with a net worth of P109,743,118.28 while the poorest magistrate is Associate Justice Marvic Mario Victor Leonen with a net worth of P1,674,623.22. IGOS CITY, Davao del Sur -- Newly-installed Governor Claude Bautista has vowed to eradicate illegal drugs in the province in three to four months.
The time-frame he gave was shorter than what he had promised during the election period when he said he would stamp out the drug menace within six months.
