Reelected Davao City Mayor to enforce curfew for minors D NFA assures sufficient rice supply in Davao DAVAO CITY-- The National Food Authority (NFA) assures the public that rice stocks are in place for the lean months this year, beginning June to August, which covers the planting season. In a press statement, NFA Davao provincial manager Engr. Felimon Cangrejo said the agency is “ready to respond to rice-related needs during unprecedented events such as man-made or natural calamities all-day, every day.” NFA has b een wellequipped in terms of stock position, its accessibility and availability as a result of its massive palay procurement

AVAO CITY-- The Davao City Police Office (DCPO) will religiously implement a city ordinance imposing curfew at 10:00 p.m. on minors as part of the city government’s efforts to further improve the maintenance of law and order here. Mayor-elect Rodrigo R. Duterte, said the consistent enforcement of the curfew ordinance will be effective in reducing the chance of minors of being placed in conflict with the law or be victimized by criminal elements who prey on the innocent young. Engineer Antonietta Ebol, program manager of the Dengue Program of the DOH XI said the current program calls on all residents to stop, look and listen to prevent be-
