DAVAO CITY (MindaNews) – The Coordinating Committee on the Cessation of Hostilities (CCCH) of the government and Moro Islamic iberation Front (MILF) peace panels signed Monday evening a memorandum of understanding on ceasefire-related functions to ensure a eaceful
