AGENTS of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Northern Mindanao arrested Provincial Board Member Allan Ursal of Misamis Oriental in a buy-bust operation in Cagayan de Oro City Tuesday night. Ursal and two other suspects were nabbed in the operation involving a PDEA agent and a confidence informant who posed as shabu buyers. The PDEA identified Ursal’s companions as Ernesto Fernandez of Gingoog City and Glenn Antigua, the driver of the car they used, of Jasaan, Misamis Oriental. The buy-bust operation was conducted at Zone 2,
