AGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), in an effort to overcome the power crisis in Mindanao, has sought clearance from the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) to rehabilitate its switchyard in Iligan City.
