Emano, has reorganized its Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (PDRRMC). “It is a must to reorient our disaster risk reduction and management council as it is the primary responsibility of the government to initiate and adopt comprehensive, holistic, integrated and proactive approaches in mitigating the socio-

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Two unidentified persons were killed while one was critically wounded in a shootout between a suspected group of holdup men and intelligence operatives of the Cagayan de Oro City police early morning yesterday. The planned robbery was foiled by police in Adela Subdivision, barangay Camaman-an, police said. Pol. Senior Supt. Graciano Mijares, head of the Cagayan de Oro City police, said that the identities of the fatalities remained unknown although one of the suspects who was wounded told police that the fatalities came from Digos, Davao del Sur.
