PNP chief: Probers on Degamo slay find substantial evidence

The chief of the country's PNP organization has confirmed Monday that authorities obtained a good lead which might help in the identification of the mastermind, in the killing of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo on March 4, this year.

ARRESTED. Pursuing PNP operatives from the local police in Pamplona, Negros Oriental and PNP regional office (PRO-7) arrested three suspects in the killing of Negros Oriental Governor Roel Degamo. They are identified as Joven Aber, 42, an ex-army from Negros Oriental; Benjie Rodriguez, 45, from Bonifacio, Misamis Oriental; and Joric Labrador, 50, an ex-army from Cagayan de Oro City.
