AQUATIC INVERTEBRATE REPORT
33
A correction; Euroleon nostras Fourcroy not Myrmeleon formicarius L. at Westleton. A lapsus calami occurs in my paper on the lacewing Osmylus fulvicephalus new to Suffolk (Trans. Suffolk Nat. Soc. 45 (2009): 33–34).There I refer, in passing, to the ant lion found at Westleton as Myrmeleon formicarius - the name correctly assigned to Doughty’s 1931 Gorleston record whereas the species breeding at Westleton is Euroleon nostras. I am grateful to Rob Parker for drawing this to my attention; I accept full responsibility for the error and apologise for any confusion caused. David Ridley Nash.
