Sugarfina Rewards: Birthday Rewards

HOW TO REDEEM BIRTHDAY REWARD Member, VIP, and Sweet Elite will all receive a birthday gift reward that will be posted to their account 10 days prior to the date of their birthday.

This reward will expire 30 days AFTER the date of their birthday.

• Members receive a free small cube of their choice • VIPs receive a free DYO 3pc Bento • Sweet Elite members receive a free DYO 4pc Bento

1. Look up the Sugarfina Rewards member account by clicking on the Loyalty Portal through your SuitePOS.

2. Once you have pulled up the correct Sugarfina Rewards member account by searching either by their email, phone or name, click on the User ID to bring up their Available Rewards page.

3. Click on the Birthday Reward icon.

4. Once the Redeem Reward page pops-up on your screen, click on the red YES button to mark the Monthly Perk reward as redeemed.

4. Once you’ve marked the Birthday Reward as redeemed, you will be taken back to the Available Rewards page. Highlight the User ID and copy it to your clipboard.

6. Close out the Available Rewards page on your screen and return back to the SuitePOS screen by clicking on the 3 bar icon on the left hand corner of your screen and then clicking on “Sale”.

7. Click on the Ticket #/Name text box on the bottom right hand corner of your SuitePOS screen. Paste the copied User ID into the field and press OK.

8. Click on the “Loyalty Rewards” button.

9. Click on the Birthday Rewards button and choose the appropriate Birthday Reward (small cube, 3pc DYOB, or 4pc DYOB) to ring up.

10. Once the guest presents you with their selected item(s), click on the *DYOB- line items to select their candy and/or candies + bento box.

Click Add afterwards.

11. Click on Submit/Pay at the bottom of your screen to finish the transaction.
