AVIATION GIN COLLECTION We are so excited to not only launch our Aviation Gin collection but to give you guys the opportunity to taste it! INSTRUCTIONS: • Have your BM damage out one cube of each flavor in Netsuite under Adjustment Account 58005 • Read the descriptions for each candy • Print out the Candy Tasting Notes (pages 5-6) for each team member and have each team member taste each candy • Have each team member describe the scent, taste, and texture of the candy after they’ve tried it • Now each team member should write down a description they would share with the guest based on how they described the scent, taste, and texture of the candy NOTE: Only employees who are 21 and over should taste the alcoholic version of the gin cordials. TIPS: • This should be just like a wine tasting! • Make sure to take a small drink of water in between each candy to cleanse you palate • Try using more descriptive language (Example: Instead of it’s “chewy” try describing the texture of the candy as “it has a little bit of bite that eventually softens”) • Stay away from words that may have negative connotations; we want to use more elevated language to describe our luxurious candy • Think about situations were you may suggest this candy to the guest, for example, a Halloween party hostess gift PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SERIES | #6: Aviation Gin 1
