REDEEM SWEET ELITE PERK: FREE CUSTOMIZATION 1. Look up the Sugarfina Rewards member account by clicking on the Loyalty Portal through your SuitePOS. Enter your credentials to log in.
2. Once you have pulled up the correct Sugarfina Rewards member account, click on the User ID to bring up their Available Rewards page.

3. Check to ensure the Free Customization perk is available to the guest. You do not need to redeem the reward at this point in time since the Sweet Elite guest is just putting in the request vs. redeeming the reward. NOTE: This reward can only be redeemed once by the Sweet Elite guest as long as they maintain Sweet Elite status. If the guest loses and then regains Sweet Elite status again, they can choose the Free Customization as their perk once more.

4. Once you’ve checked the Free Customization is available to the Sweet Elite guest, highlight the User ID and copy to your clipboard.
5. Close out the Available Rewards page on your screen and return back to the SuitePOS screen by clicking on the 3 bar icon on the left hand corner of your screen and then clicking on “Sale”.

6. Click on the Ticket #/Name text box on the bottom right hand corner of your SuitePOS screen. Paste the copied User ID into the field and press OK.
7. Click on the “Loyalty Rewards” button.

8. Click on the Special Requests button and choose the appropriate Sweet Elite Reward (Free Customization Request) to ring up. Once chosen, click Add on the bottom of your screen.
9. Click on Submit/Pay at the bottom of your screen to finish the transaction. Once the transaction has been completed, an email will be generated to the appropriate Home Office partner to help fulfill the member’s request.
