TO THE TOP – leadership and personal development program to enhance leadership and self development using outdoor activities The program puts participants in a situation that requires planning, allocating roles and creativity. Personal responsibility and improvisation are key to overall success. Challenging experiences provoked the need for participation of all team members, decision-making by consensus and shared leadership.

 Motivation – by Herzberg; Target group The program is designed for any age. Duration is 5 days and takes place outdoors in nature. It was created to be used to develop practical knowledge and skills in teamwork, leadership and dealing with difficult situations.

The program is created on a method of experiential learning. It is based on the fact that the accumulations of personal experience helps memorizing and practice all knowledge. DURING EXCITING EXPERIENCE participants will be placed in an environment that requires their active involvement and high level of participation and expression. They will have to deal with limited resources, to make decisions and to monitor the results of their actions. Just as happens in real life. The program includes problem solving tasks, challenges, interactive case studies, etc.

There are no specific requirements to the participants in terms of prior experience or knowledge. Important is the personal motivation and attitude. The program is suitable for youth leaders, members of student councils, youth involved in local initiatives, young people facing difficulties in social integration.

At the end of the program participants will:  Able to cope with difficult situations by taking responsible decisions;  Have improve their abilities to plan and organize;  Can participate fully as part of a team task;  Know what are the main qualities of a good leader and how to develop them;  Know how to recognize the individual qualities of the people around them and deal with diversity;
