This task is to rebuild and plan a new campus of CAA. In this program, we decided to take the advantage of its special location and create a significant space for students, teachers, staffs and even the public. As we know, campus has explicit functions and the rigorous structure. How to utilize all the current conditions became a question in design processing.
Design time: 4 weeks Team member: Qin SHI, Wenwen Bei, Jingwen Liu Main responsibilities: Responsible for planning, the early stage of the data collection and sorting, site investigation, and with the members in the design, modeling, rendering, and the final document production.

Current Situation The site is located in Zhangjiang HighTech Park, No.109 Chunxiao Road. It is seperated by the Chunxiao road, and the whole area is about 32,700m². The east of the site is Huoju Gardon and Zhangjiang Art Park, and residential areas are in the west side. Also, there are some office buildings on the northen site, and it's south faces a gymground. Around the campus, trees and rivers made the environment quiet and scenic. Due to the special geography conditions, our purpose was focused on how to utilize the current situation as rational as possible.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Chongming Chenjia Town clubhouse design Shanghai-China, [2,000m²] 2012.01
The clients provided us a suggestion, that they want to see the building with futuristic appearance which is environment friendly. People are hardly aware of the environment around them. In the certain design of CCT clubhouse, we tried to create such a peaceful and ecological space which stimulate people to pay more attention on the relationship of humen and nature. After lots of researchs, we recognized that our attitude to the site must be friendly and exoteric, in order to achieve such effect.

Shanghai Downtown
This site is located in Chongming Island Shanghai, which is the one of the biggest islands in China. As well, Chenjia Town is very closed to the National Wetland Park which attracts large numbers of travellers from downtown.
Our design rule is to create several independent "shells" with deferent functions, and link them with a free-style suspended terrace. Near the main road, we designed a semi-public area, including lobby and cafe. Because of the private traffic streamline need, we put the VIP rooms and staff offices in the north. People in the VIP rooms can get the best view, and relatively speaking, this area is much quieter than others. Meeting rooms in the middle which contains more people is better to have more open space for urgent evacuation.
Section
Since 20 years ago, the government decided to construct Chongming as an ecological Island. We have to say that, Chongming is protected much better than ever. The blue sky, green grass and clear rivers show us we need to build an eco-system to make our buildings sustainable.

Aluminum products factory creative renovation project Whenzhou-China, [18,000m²] 2012.03
The Program is to renovate the Aluminum Products Factory which located in Wenzhou, China. At the beginning of this program, we spent 2 days to investigate the site and take photos. During the process, I got in charge of contacting the clients and reporting to them on time. The clients told us, the functions could be exchanged but all the buildings' construction should better not be destroyed. So we put our ideas in designing new skins for the factory buildings, as well as combine new landscape.

LANDSCAPE
Urban Best Practices Area outdoor renovation project Shanghai-China, [150,800m²] 2012.05
The starting point of the design is to connect the north and the south blocks, closely linked to the landscape and traffic and form a set of innovational and cultural in open blocks. General conception is to build a pedestrain bridg with creation and culture, multivariate function and pleasant environment. A vibrant urban public space will be formed in the guiding ideology. I except that this project could enlighten us to think the relevance among human, nature and society.

This program site is near the Aluminum Production Factory. The client need to renovate the facade of the old cement walls, and also to plant some trees and grass. We decided to make use of different materials, in order to create an interesting vision along the 700m wall. What is more, we cooperated with the light company in square lightning design. LANDSCAPE
Park Entrance
Design Introduction The materials of the original wall are bricks and cement. Their use is simply to destinguish the private area and Huichang Lake Park. Our starting point is to put a new cloth on the wall, and make the super long road more interesting and visible. We designed 6 different types of themes along the space. Every type has its own expression. For example, at the entrance, a lively wall with some anomaly bubbles attracts people to come in. And then, stone and brick walls with sculptures showes local culture. At the end of the road, we created small garden and colorful landscape walls which can help people relax after a long distance walking.

FINE ART
Photography As a student who graduated from an art academy, I have focused on architecture and urban planning for several years, I'm also interested in photography and digital design. I took photos for natural scenery, people, buildings, exhibitions and concerts as well. Trying hard to find the relevance between human and nature, even the universe. I believe that the truth and beauty exist, whether symmetrical or asymmetrical, hard or soft, man-made or natural.
These photos were shooted in different places where I've been during 2012-2014. Welcome to follow my Instagram. ID: sukishidayu
