Snow has arrived across the mountains of Utah and there’s a distinctive chill in the air. The change of seasons brings shorter days and colder weather; it also heralds another edition of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s award-winning publication, Collections Magazine. The bi-annual release of Collections is always exciting—I’m so proud of what our incredible team has accomplished over the last 15 years. What started out as a humble in-house property guide is now a head-turning, nationally distributed real estate and lifestyle publication fi lled with current market data, original editorial content and a selection of Utah’s fi nest homes and properties. This is the 29 th issue of Collections Magazine—notably, the black and white edition—and it may be my favorite one yet. Utah is a state fi lled with contrast and natural beauty.
