THE LAND
The neighborhood charm of Glenwild contributes to a bustling social scene. While homeowners can enjoy the pleasures of the club with a separately purchased membership, residents regularly gather for social events, scheduled classes and lectures that are organized by the community’s Homeowner’s Association. Bordering Glenwild to the north is a portion of the Swaner Nature Preserve, a protected ecologically sustainable tract that benefits form the stewardship of a generous community.
There is simply no better place to enjoy nature at its finest. Tucked in a natural alpine valley surrounded by a buffer of low foothills with the majestic Wasatch Range on the horizon, Glenwild’s 1,500 acres holds only 196 building sites with homes strategically designed to meld into the surrounding landscape. When you come home to Glenwild, nature casts a spell, time stands still, and an overwhelming sense of calm abides as you become one with the environment.
