FORDSON N This Fordson N is believed to have a 1938 ‘orange’ front half and a 1940 rear end. It was new to the Wrexham area before being purchased by Neil Williams’ father in 1968. It was last used in the 1980s.

IH BTD-6 FLEET These three IH BTD-6 crawlers and two others in another location belong to a large arable farming business based in South Lincolnshire. They are in good, complete condition, but haven’t moved for some time, reports Paul Turner.

FIND OF THE MONTH!

NUFFIELDS Shaun Hollyer discovered these two Nuffields, believed to be DM4 models from the mid-1950s, plus another Nuffield in a bramble patch at Ashford in Kent. He has rescued all three and hopes to get at least two operational again.

NUFFIELD 460

The dust and detritus on this 1960s Nuffield 460 suggests it hasn’t moved from its resting place, a shed in the Cambridgeshire Fens, for some time. Its mudguards are missing but everything else seems to be intact. FIELD MARSHALLS It is a long time since these four Field Marshalls did any work in the Lancashire timber yard that has been their home for many decades. Photo: Christopher Tyrie.
