鮮甜的美饌。特製的抹茶百匯冰品,結合了抹茶冰 口極了!

材料: 發酵乳3瓶(300g), 抹茶粉1/2大匙, 冰塊適量

做法: 1.準備一個調酒器(雪克杯) 2.依序將冰塊,發酵乳及抹茶粉放入 3.將調酒器的蓋子蓋緊 4.2手握緊上下用力搖晃十幾下 使得所有材料混合均勻 5.連同冰塊倒出來即可 6.完成後請馬上飲用,以免抹茶粉分離沉澱 補充: 1.發酵乳也可以使用原味優酪乳代替 2.抹茶粉的份量可以依照個人喜愛酌量增減


中午日正時分,忙了一早上,趕緊補充能量吧! 抹茶草莓大福甜而不膩最是好痴囉!

材料: 糯米粉200克 日本太白粉適量 橄欖油1匙 水200cc/細砂糖30克 草莓10顆/抹茶豆沙150克

1.草莓洗淨後擦乾去蒂頭, 2.取適量的抹茶豆沙揉成圓型後壓扁, 將草莓包入(用掌心輕輕搓成圓型)備用 3.將糯米粉、糖、水、油攪拌均勻, 放入微波爐加熱約2分鐘後取出 拌勻後再次放入微波爐加熱約2分鐘 4.取出後拌成麻糬狀,手抹上少許油後 將糯米糰等份成數個 5.取一個糯米糰揉成圓型後壓扁, 將草莓豆泥包入捏成圓型 6.表層灑上少許日式太白粉即可

材料: 低筋麵粉180g/砂糖60g 抹茶粉2大匙/打粉2/3小匙 奶油100g/雞蛋1顆

做法: 1.將奶油置於室溫,直至軟化 分次將砂糖加入奶油 用打蛋器持續攪拌至奶油呈現乳黃色 將蛋液分次加入奶油,並充分攪拌均勻 2.再將低筋麵粉、泡打粉和抹茶粉混合並過篩 分次加入奶糊中。混合成麵團後,揉成圓條狀 用保鮮膜包好,放置冰箱冷藏約1小時 3.取出冷藏的麵團,切成片狀,平鋪在烘焙紙上 烤箱用160度預熱,烤12-15分鐘 4.餅乾烤好後,先取出放涼,口感會較酥脆

紅豆抹茶麵包

材料: 吉利丁片14片,動物性奶油340公克, 奶200公克,抹茶粉4公克, 椰奶340公克,砂糖80公克,椰子粉150公克

涼爽的晚風 好像能吹走一日的疲勞 此時此刻再搭配冰甜沁涼的抹茶凍 最能消暑降火氣囉

做法: 1.吉利丁片泡入冰水中,等待軟化後備用。 2.動物性奶油攪拌打至松发变白的六分发後備用。 3.將奶、椰奶、抹茶粉和砂糖混合攪拌後, 以小火加溫至砂糖融解後備用。 4.將作法1中軟化的吉利丁加入作法3中攪拌均。 5.讓作法4的半成品坐浴在冰水上至稠, 再加入作法2的奶油攪拌均即可。 6.倒入模型中,放入冰箱冷藏即可。 7.奶凍凝固後,取出切成3公分大小的正方塊後, 再裹上椰子粉即可。
