Given up wearing them altogether?

Worried about the cost of replacing them?

We invite you to come into one of Resonate’s hearing health studios and try some of the world’s best hearing aid technology, the ReSound Nexia 9, from Denmark.

If you like what you hear you can start your complimentary one-month subscription period. If you are still happy after the initial trial, you can just keep wearing your new hearing aids, for $90 a month. It is as simple as that.

• No hidden charges; tuning and hearing consultations are all part of the service

• No deposit

• No minimum contract period

• Free upgrade to the latest technology, every 3 years

More happy customers.

The whole process was so friendly and relaxed. The bonus in all this was the amazingly low cost of the hearing aids and the follow up services. I wish I had known about Resonate a long time ago.

CAROL

I am very happy with Resonate Health. The attention I received was first class. My new Nexia hearing aids are performing really well and are a vast improvement on my old aids. I would certainly recommend... you won’t be disappointed.

Property valuesinNewZealand edged -0 1%lowerin January, markingthefifthmonthin a row withlimitedmovement

The CoreLogic Home Value Index shows after a cumulative decline of -4 1%during the six months fromMarch toAugust, there’s onlybeen a further combinedfall of -0 4% since then – apotential sign that a rebound inprices couldbe taking shape

The nationalmedianvalue now stands at $803,819, which is -17 5% below the recordhighs fromlate-2021/early-2022, but still16 3%above the pre-Covidlevel fromMarch2020

Around the main centres, only Tauranga andDunedin sawgrowth of+0 1%

CoreLogic NZ chiefproperty economist

KelvinDavidson said recent stability in property values at the nationallevel could bea signoffuture growthpotential

“Since the ‘mini downturn’ seen through the middle part oflast year peteredout in August, nationalproperty values have been in a holdingpattern – not moving clearly in either direction

“But withmortgage rates having dropped significantlyfrom their peaks, property sales volumes have continued to rise in recent months andmaywell start to reduce the available stockoflistings on the market in the near term

“That would create more competitive pressure amongst buyers, and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see property values start to rise again shortly”

“Allin all, 2025 looks set tobe a stronger year for the property market than2024, but the slowly emerginggrowth in values in some areas is not universalyet, and the upturn this year couldwellbe more muted than in the past, ” Davidson said For more property news and insights, visit www corelogic co nz/news-research

The most famous verse in the Bible is John 3:16, but equally important are the two verses immediately preceding it. They help us understand what is meant by, “For God so loved the world ”

John 3:14-16 reads: “Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him For this is how God loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life”

How Go love t e world

In these three short verses, Jesus explains why, and how, it is possible for anyone to have eternal life

Why is eternal life possible? Because “God so loved the world”

How did God love the world? By sending or giving His “ one and only son ” – his unique, one-of-a-kind son In His uniqueness, Jesus was sent by God the Father to earth as a man, to suffer and die – “be lifted up ” – and thereby bear the penalty for our sin.

The result of this is that “ anyone ” who looks upon the Son of Man by having personal faith in Him, receives eternal life Note that in verses 14-16, Jesus stated twice that “ everyone [or anyone] who believes may have eternal life” Dear reader: the invitation from the Son of God is to you and me: anyone who personally believes and trusts in Jesus as the Son of God receives eternal life Is this true for you?
