Silesia is the most important industrial region, located in the southern part of Poland. It has got excellent connections with the transeuropean transport network. It is the most industrialised and urbanised region in Poland. The high urbanisation rate is evidenced by the value of almost 79% of the population inhabiting the region’s 71 cities and towns. RUDA SLASKA Located in the geographic centre of the Upper Silesia Region, open to investors coming from all over Europe and beyond, and connected with the capital of Poland via Intercity railroad links and with major cities across Europe via A-4 motorway, Ruda Slaska offers well-developed investment sites. Total surface area of the plots of land is: The property is located in the city of Ruda Slaska in the south-west district called Bielszowice at G贸rna Street. Location in regards to the function defined in the local land development plan is good. In the west part of G贸rna Street a single family housing estate is being constructed.
