ve been working with this owner for eight years. In 2011, he started to look around. He wanted to
have something nearly ready, but he wasn’t satisfied with what was around him. Then I met with Sunrise Yachts. In 2012, the owner signed the contract for a new build. I was very lucky to have a lot of influence on the design of Irimari in terms of functionality. I’m an architect myself. I quit my job because I wanted to go on sea, so it was a good combination of skills: I know how a yacht functions and also the important aesthetic side. I briefed
