Новый дом в La Zagaleta во всех смыслах уникален, не только по тому, что он отличается от всех окружающих его домов, но и потому, что действительно является индивидуальным. Идеям, примененным в проекте, почти нет равных. Смелая игра со стилями делает его не скучным и не однообразным. Продуманность и взаимосвязь помещений делают его очень удобным для проживания как для одной семьи, так и для отдыха большой компании. Сам дом имеет плоскую эксплуатируемую кровлю, что уже не типично для La Zagaleta. Общественная зона выполнена в современных тенденциях Luxury интерьеров. Жилая часть, а именно: спальни и ванны, созданы более уютными, немного классическими . А зона развлечения в цокольной части больше напоминает по дизайну ночной клуб с яркими деталями, приглушенным светом. Проектирование общей структуры, выполнено совместно с Teodoro Gabrilla и MP Studio Design S.L. Автор интерьеров и фасада, созданных в соответствии с наивысшими стандартами,

предъявляемыми сегодня к жилью экстра класса - Максим Прунков. Максим имеет богатый опыт в создании интерьеров в Luxury Style, его идеи образа и концепции проекта, формируются в следующих тезисах: «Создание проекта Dream House, само по себе задача не из легких, а работа над таким значимым проектом без концепции не возможна. Поэтому, в ходе долгих размышлений и поиска стиля, появилась идея создать дом, перекликающийся с концепцией мега яхты, не только по дизайну, но и по функциям. Одним словом, этот дом можно сравнить с современной мега лодкой, которая пришвартовалась в La Zagaleta». Функциональность и взаимосвязь помещений продуманы на самом высоком уровне. На территории имеются два въезда – парадный и въезд для персонала. Дом разделен на три независимые части: основная, гостевая и дом для персонала. В доме для персонала есть жилая часть, состоящая из общей кухнигостиной и двух спален, со своими

санузлами и гардеробными. В этой части предусмотрен гараж для техники и кладовые. Гостевой дом-это открытая студия и спальня с ванной комнатой и гардеробной. Этот дом интегрирован в общую структуру, но при этом является абсолютно независимым. Основной дом в четырех уровнях имеет панорамный лифт и парадную лестницу, которые являются центром композиции, как бы пронизывая и объединяя весь дом. В главном холле - невероятное двусветное пространство. Прозрачный пол, расположенный на эксплуатируемой крыше, позволяет видеть всю структуру дома до первого этажа. Общее пространство соединено с холлом. Вместе они образуют уютную и представительную гостиную с роялем, превращая ее в музыкальный салон. На этом уровне так же есть другая уютная зона, объединяющая в себя кухню и семейную гостиную с местом для обеда. видом из панорамных окон, есть еще масса мест, где можно уединиться с чашкой кофе за завтраком или бокалом шампанского на приеме. Помимо гардеробных и гостевых санузлов в зоне холла и бассейна имеется независимая спальня. Функция второго этажа не только жилая, на нем находится кабинет – библиотека с видовым холлом и спортивный зал. На верхнем уровне, который является плоской крышей, все готово для принятия большого количества гостей. По своей сути он является панорамной точкой, откуда можно будет любоваться окрестностями и проводить торжественные обеды. О цокольном этаже можно рассказать подробнее. Это целый этаж для развлечений. В просторном холле можно проводить дискотеки или приемы. В центре имеется бар, рядом с которым винотека с дегустационной. Рядом расположены бильярдная , домашний кинотеатр, боулинг и гольф симулятор. Но самой большой гордостью можно считать зону СПА. В ней находится бассейн с морской водой и различные бани: классическая сауна, хамам, соляная баня, кальдариум, а так же в зоне СПА есть крытая терраса с джакузи и баром.

Luxury of Made-to-Measure Glass PanelS & Doors Bouquet

René Lalique’s architectural achievements contributed to his success starting in 1912. His acute sense of balance and harmony combined with his expert mastery of glass-working techniques enabled him to create a number of monumental works. René Lalique designed a set of glass doors sculpted with winged goddesses for the palace of the Japanese Imperial Prince Asaka Yasuhiko, which is today the Metropolitan Teien Art Museum in Tokyo. Since then, many of his architectural designs have endured over time and adapted to the different periods. LALIQUE continues this extraordinary journey with a space divider concept featuring crystal and glass panels that fit into a variety of architectural projects and styles to offer a whole new vision of crystal. After presenting ”Bouquet” and ”Dahlia” in 2012, the”Venise” panel is the third of these innovative glass designs.

Throughout the centuries, owning luxurious and desirable glass pieces has always been a mark of status and privilege The story of glassmaking is one of continuous technological change: The first known methods used for shaping molten glass into objects was drawing and casting, these methods are believed to have been first used by Sumerians in ancient Mesopotamia (Iraq and Syria) more than 5,000 years ago it wasn’t until around 30 B.C. when craftsmen in Phoenicia (Lebanon and Syria) discovered that if they blew through a hollow metal tube into a lump of molten glass, it wold inflate and take shape. This discovery opened up seemingly infinite possibilities of glassblowing. Craftsmen could now produce a greater variety of wares for a greater variety of uses. And they could do it faster, easier, and cheaper than ever before. At the time, Phoenicia was part of the Roman Empire who embraced this new technology and over the next several centuries spread it throughout their empire, including the Middle East, North Africa, and almost the whole of Europe.

Nobody knows exactly when glassmaking began in Venice, but by 1224 the city’s glassmakers had already formed a guild to protect their trade. By 1291 there were so many Venetian glassmakers that their furnaces were causing fires all over the city, this prompted the city council to move them all to the nearby island of Murano. This new hub of glass making encouraged the development of new skills within glass manufacture and manipulation and so by the 14th century Venetian glassmakers had become world leaders in all aspects of the craft, including mastering the ingredients for making coloured glass. Today, glass-making is a modern, hi-tech industry. Modern glass plants are capable of making millions of glass pieces a day in many different colours but the leading brands such as Murano, Daum, Lallique & Zanotti all hold true to the artisan traditions of days gone by creating exquisitely designed pieces so intricate it is impossible to believe that it is actually glass..

NATURAL INSPIRATION Zanetti Vetreria Artistica was founded in 1956 by the glassmaster Oscar Zanetti and his son Licio. The furnace quickly distinguished itself for the artistic quality of master Licio Zanettiâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s glass sculptures, and soon took its place among the most prestigious companies on Murano. In 1989 master Licio Zanetti stepped down in favor of his son Oscar, who had been working by his side since his youth. From his father he inherited his artistic talent, which he learned to express through the ancient glass techniques of Murano as well as through new techniques invented in the furnace itself. His predilection for naturalistic subjects is

reflected in a lively collection inspired by the flora and fauna of his beloved Venetian Lagoon: blown or massive glass objects, all executed rigorously by hand, in the best tradition of the great masters of Murano.

THE FINEST OF FINE CHINA The Royal Crown Derby Porcelain Company is the second oldest remaining English porcelain manufacturer, based in Derby, England. The company, particularly known for its high-quality bone china, has produced tableware, giftware and collectables since 1750. It was known as ‘Derby Porcelain’ until 1773, when it became ‘Crown Derby’, the ‘Royal’ being added in 1890. It employs 200 skilled craftspeople and manufactures the highest quality English Fine Bone China at its factory in Derby, England.
