For a lot of folks, locals and visitors alike, winter is our absolute favorite time of year in the Wood River Valley. Here at The Sawtooth Club, we’d like to be a part of your good times during this magical season. We’ve been one of Ketchum’s most beloved destinations for dining and cocktails since 1937 when Ernest Hemingway himself was a regular here, and nowadays we’re more popular than ever with a menu that offers something for every appetite. Creative small plates to share, mesquitegrilled steaks, chops & ribs, healthy vegetarian dishes, fresh seafood, unique pastas, and much more. In the bar, gather around the large central fireplace to enjoy light appetizers, salads, sandwiches & burgers, handcrafted cocktails, 18 wines by the glass, and 13 ice-cold craft brews on tap. Diningroom offerings this winter include pan-broiled Idaho trout, filet mignon, grilled ribeye steak, rack of lamb, bbq baby back ribs, steelhead salmon, Idaho elk stroganoff, butternut squash ravioli, roasted free-range chicken, Kobe beef meatloaf, and fresh steamer clams, to name just DAILY a few.
