Follow it up with porchetta, a savory and moist pork belly layered with spices, rolled, and roasted for six hours in the Italian tradition. Other favorites include the Fennel Caesar, Linguini with Clams, Gnocchi with Pancetta and Pesto, and, of course, il Naso’s famous Spaghettini with House-Made Meatballs and Marinara. The menu includes a vegetarian lasagna and the kitchen is always ready to prepare other thoughtful and innovative vegetarian and vegan dishes, at your request. The cellar at il Naso is unparalleled.
