D RUG T RAFFICKING A RRESTS

On February 18, 2009 representatives from the Auburn Police Department and the Maine Drug Enforcement Agency executed a search warrant at 102 South Main Street in Auburn. Officers seized “rocks” of crack cocaine with an estimated street value of $1,500.00. Also seized was a Digital Scale, Drug Paraphernalia, a Drug Sale Ledger and $1,458.00 in cash 18 year old Shawna Calhoun of 102 South Main Street was arrested and charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Crack Cocaine, Class A and Falsifying Physical Evidence. 24 year old Wilson Martinez from Brooklyn New York was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Crack Cocaine, Class A, and Falsifying Physical Evidence. There was also an outstanding Fugitive from Justice Warrant for Mr. Martinez’s for Weapons Violation. 21 year old Reginald Thompson from Brooklyn New York was charged with Aggravated Trafficking of Crack Cocaine, Class A, Failing to Give a Correct Name & Date of Birth and Falsifying Physical Evidence. The charge is aggravated due to their apartment being located within a Designated Drug Free Zone. Bail was set for each at $25,000.00 cash.
