Ingredients

• 150 grams fresh salmon a small filet

• 1/4 cup broccoli

• 1/4 cup kale

Instructions

1. Place the salmon broccoli and kale into the steam basket. Cook on water level 3 for 15 minutes.

2. Once done, transfer salmon, broccoli and kale into the blending bowl.

3. Blend to a smooth puree, adding in remaining cooking liquid if necessary.

Mango Banana Coconut Milk Puree

Ingredients

• 1 cup mango, chopped

• 1 banana

• 1/2 cup coconut milk

Instructions

1. Place the mango, banana and coconut milk into the blending bowl.

2. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.

3. Add more coconut milk to create a thinner consistency.

4. Enjoy!
