SCAFFOLDING SYSTEMS  WEDGE TYPE SCAFFOLDING SYSTEMS a. Ledger end wedge facade scaffolding system (press) The horizontal elements of this system are produced as “pressing”. Its erection and demount is quick and easy. At the flange points where horizontal element and pillar interlock, intersection mouth is opened on horizontal element. Connection can be achieved to the flange from eight directions. It can be used at different dimensions horizontally and vertically. It is generally preferred as facade scaffolding for indoor installation, decoration and restoration (renewal) works. It can also be used as load-bearing (for light loads) under formworks whose floor thickness is 1112 cm. It has the facility to conform to flanges on the props for any kind of facade design. The vertical elements of the system having the thickness of 3mm and horizontal elements of 2.5mm are made up of ISO certified standard pipes with the diameter of 48.3 mm. The wedges have 7 mm thickness.

The elements constituting the system can optionally be: Painted with immersion, Painted with anodic oxidation paint Electro galvanize Hot-dip galvanized Note: On condition that its price is paid, the systems can be painted in desired colors. Ledger end wedged scaffolding (Coupling Welding Head) 

Horizontal elements of this system are produced as “Ledger end Coupling Welding Head”.

Its erection and demount is quick and easy.

At the flange points where the horizontal element and prop interlock, the heads assembled to the horizontal element as coupling welded increase load bearing strength.

Connection can be achieved to the flange from eight directions.

It can be used at different dimensions horizontally and vertically.

Its load-bearing capacity is higher compared to pressing system.

As well as it could generally be preferred as facade scaffolding, it could also be preferred for indoor installation, decoration and restoration (renewal) works.

In addition, it could also be used as formwork supporting scaffolding under the floor (moderate weight) easily.

It has the facility to comply with any kind of facade and floor and lower beam designs thanks to its flanges on the props.

The vertical elements of the system having the thickness of 3mm and horizontal elements of 2.5 mm are made up of TSE certified standard pipes with the diameter of 48.3 mm.

The wedges have 6 mm thickness.

CUP-LOCK SCAFFOLDING a. Cup-Lock Supporting Scaffolding 

It is used as load-bearing scaffold for floor formwork

The system used in this way provides economy by being used as a working scaffold for further stages.

As a rigid system is set up thanks to connection of horizontal and vertical, loadbearing capacity is high and secure.

Cup-lock distances on the pillars are 100 cm and these distances can be 50 cm according to load measure.

Horizontal elements can be used for these distances according to load to be born.

The cups are produced of 5 mm sheet and they are connected to the props via welding.

On these cups, there are mobile cups which are produced as Sphero casting and to which horizontal elements connect.

The props interlock to each other through vertical connection elements.

Load-bearing capacity is higher compared to other Flange Systems.

It provides secure and quick erection facility. Interconnection of horizontal and vertical elements is achieved easily without need of elements such as wedges, nuts etc.

Installation and demount is practical thanks to cups on the vertical elements.

Vertical elements (props) are made of TSE certified standard pipes which are 48 mm in diameter and 3 mm in thickness, and horizontal elements 48 mm in diameter and 2,5 mm in thickness.

In the production, TSE certified standard pipes which are 48mm in diameter are used.

The elements constituting the system can optionally be: Painted with immersion, Painted with anodic oxidation paint Electro galvanized Hot-dip galvanized Note: On condition that its price is paid, the systems can be painted in desired colors.

H TYPE TOWER SCAFFOLFING SYSTEM  They can be used as formwork load-bearing scaffold or tower type scaffold  After the lower frame element, they ascend thanks to connection of H shape elements.  4 H type elements are needed for 1m height.  At the end of the scaffolding, H final element or upper frame element installed to upper side is used.  Rigidity is achieved by way of interlock of H elements via diagonal element.  Above the formwork load scaffolding, timber joists are born by connecting head spindle to upper frame element.  They can be used as load-bearers under the beams. The system is composed of standard pipes, work and walk platform, Swivel Couplers, and coupled structure connection element. 48,3 mm diameter standard pipes certified by TSE are used in the production.

Thanks to the mobile parts, erection and demount of the system are easy and it provides suitable solutions for geometrically diverse construction surfaces.

It has high load bearing capacity.

Its erection, demount, stowage and freight is easy.

It can be set to desired height.

Desired head can easily be attached to its upper plates.

Plywood surfaced light panel system

     

   

Panel formworks are steel frame and plywood surfaced. Therefore, plane and smooth surfaces can be provided and it does not require parget. It can be used for base, floor, curtain, column and beams. That the panels are light allows to be carried with hand. Their installation and demount are easy. Apart from the standard dimensions, panels can be produced in accordance with the orders or projects. The panels can be connected vertically or horizontally. Walers can be used especially for curtains if asked. Panels can be connected to one another with Sphero cast clamp hook. Panel frames are covered with 3 mm steel sheet, and surfaces with 18-21 mm plywood. AK H20 or AK H24 is used as main load bearing beam in the system.

AK H20 OR 5X10 OR 10X10 timber beams are used as grate.

As supporting element, telescopic prop or load-bearing scaffolding system is used.

No parget is needed as plane, clear and non-deformed result is achieved on the concrete surface as a result of plywood usage for the floor.

DROP HEAD FLOOR FORMWORK SYSTEM 

This is a formwork system which will good results for:

Reinforced slab floors (plain floors)

Beam floors with wide openings or the structures whose beam system continues on a certain standard

Beamless and mushroom floors of structures such as hotels, business centers, shopping centers, residents.

It is a floor formwork system to able to be used for shortening coarse structure building time by shortening formwork removal time.

As a surface component, sheet plates can be used in addition to plywood plates.

It is possible to get a plain surface which does not require parget.

Cup-lock or flanged scaffolding system can be used.

3-4 days later than concreting, on condition that drop head and supporting scaffolding stood in their place, other elements can be removed.

A new scaffolding system can be erected with the auxiliaries of drop head and supporting scaffolding elements.

The system is composed of drop head, drop beam, steel grate elements (secondary beam), plywood (steel panel) and scaffolding components (props).

With this system, construction speed increases.
