hatcher’s, like other Surya Hotels, continued to welcome permitted guests during lockdown, giving key workers and those with no other choice but to stay with us some of the hospitality many have missed during the latest pandemic restrictions. “This in itself has been a challenge with the limited and ever-changing nature of the service that we have been able to provide our guests,” reflects Operations Manager James Connolly, who has just joined the hotel’s senior team along with new Head Chef Antony Dadzie. “The team here are eager to get back to a more traditional form of hospitality and a relaxation of rules which should
