Most Real Estate designs follow an impromptu fashion of incorporating a house, a pen and documents or keys to depict specialization. That being said is the perfect way to illustrate an organizations key specialty, nevertheless, the ability to maintain exclusivity is quite uncommon and hence a Real Estate Logo Design must be developed with a lot of thorough, conscious and subconscious effort for it to be exclusive, communicative and memorable. A Coherent Image It is true that the overall image must be clear and transparent for its target audience. Hence the logo selected with typical typography must be easily communicative and transpired from a business card to that of a billboard without difficulties. To portray certain attributes of a Real Estate Agency or organization within a Real Estate Logo Design isn’t a bad idea, although common – It could still yield results but not to the potential of a unique logo. So designing with a unique and thoroughly researched idea would definitely create a path for a memorable and a stunning design that can not only convey but also engage potential clients.

A Dissimilar Color Most colors utilized are Brown, Green and Blue to give credibility to Sea Side views, Green Views and that of the long plain fields. But an abstract design used would require a mixture or a hint of other colors to be able to draw just the right colors along with effective Spacing for the complete logo to be pressing in the eyes of the viewers. But would a logo really be effective if it’s flashy or gaudy? It may work both ways while designing, but as a designer would predict that if it looks good in black and white then the


overall color would only be an addition. With the current technological advances, color has been revamped to the extent where a mixture of two immiscible colors can also be depicted as abstract art. What matters the most is whether the colors really add the exclusive effect and bring about a new change within the Real Estate Logo Design without losing its communication. When designers looks at the logo at Stage 1 without color, then at Stage 2 with color, they are immediately able to call the shots on color itself. Because if the logo loses its potential with color then there is no point in having an exclusive image as it would remain incommunicado and would only prove counterproductive for the organization. A decision made is better than an indecisive argument in the minds of creative designers when structuring a Real Estate Logo Design.
