We have some exciting courses on offer this year, which are supported by community learning funds. Learn the basics about boating from an experienced expert. Listen to his stories and hear about activities which can improve your experience and develop an understanding of this hobby.
An introductory course for those who want to learn British Sign Language or want to take a level 1 qualification. You will learn how to greet a British Sign Language user and hold a basic conversation with them. This course is suitable for total beginners who wish to develop their sign language skills for social or career use.
This class will introduce you to some key writing techniques. The group will discuss short passages from a variety of authors as a source of inspiration and learning. Develop confidence in your work and as a writer and learn to deal with constructive criticism.

In this structured introduction to written and conversational French, you will learn the basics such as how to book hotel rooms, buy travel tickets, order food and drinks, ask for directions and more. Build your confidence while having fun.

Beautify your home and unleash your creativity with one of the easiest and most rewarding forms of gardening. Our award-winning garden designer and horticulturalist will provide tips on successful gardening and how to choose what to plant. Try out different foliage and bloom combinations and learn which plants suit different types of garden, climates and containers.
If you’ve always wanted to learn to play the guitar, this is the course for you. Learn basic guitar skills, rhythms, chords, sequences and simple songs in several styles, including rock, pop and blues. Suitable for adults for all ages. Steel-strung acoustic guitars required.

The Makaton vocabulary uses signs and symbols to support the spoken language. It is designed to help adults and children who have language and learning difficulties to communicate. This course will introduce you to the basic Makaton vocabulary required to express ideas. It is ideal for parents, family members, carers and workers.

At the end of your course, you are guaranteed an interview with an employer who will be hiring directly from Inside Track’s pool of newly trained job-seekers.
