Council made following comments: • Location was protected land within Findon Gap • Need affordable housing so local people stay in village, proposal didn’t suggest this would be the case • Didn’t meet SDNPA Parking Provision criteria • No reference to electric charging points, refuse/ recycle bin storage. SDNP/21/06419/FUL condition states ‘residential curtilage of dwellings hereby permitted, as shown on approved plan 21109 2.05 shall be retained in perpetuity unless otherwise agreed in writing by LPA’.
