No objection to this planning application provided that proposed building is for domestic use and not commercial use, to ensure noise and smells are only those which may be emitted by domestic usage, and which also would not result in a greater number of visitors and vehicles, which may be expected for commercial use. SDNP/20/03000/Hous Priory End, Easebourne Lane, Easebourne.

No objection to this planning application but although it is recognised that the proposed extensions are an improvement to the existing conservatory in relation to the Dark Skies policy, the Parish Council request that night-time blinds are fitted to the Velux windows. SDNP/20/03514/TCA North Mill House, North Street, Midhurst Notification of intention to fell 1 no. Ash tree. No objection to this application, but to request that work on the trees does not take place during the bird nesting season and that consideration is given to planting a suitable replacement tree.
