Schools Funding Imbalance Parents and Carers of pupils attending Storrington First School are being encouraged to add their voice to the “Worth Less?” campaign, by clicking on a logo on the school’s facebook page. Headteacher Mrs Marion Smith has written to all parents/carers explaining that schools and academies in West Sussex remain massively underfunded - this year, West Sussex children received £44million less than the national average and £200million less than the average London borough. During the last school year, “Worth Less?” campaigned for interim funding support to help overcome the current situation, however, the government refused to support citing that an improvement would be seen when the National Fair Funding Formula is introduced, by April 2017. Mrs Smith says this is no longer the case and that the introduction has been delayed with no clear future date set. The letter points out that, “Costs in areas such as pensions and National Insurance contributions are estimated, by the Independent Institute of Fiscal Studies, to have further slashed our budgets by 8-10% year on year.” To help schools cope, and reduce the possibility of school leaders having to further reduce basic services, “Worth Less?” is urging the government to pledge a minimum of £20million to West Sussex for the new financial year beginning April 2017. Supporting the campaign is straightforward, simply go to the “Worth Less?” facebook page and like the “£20 million transitional funding” image. If the campaign gets huge numbers of clicks then the organisers can deliver their message to 10 Downing Street and, with support from politicians, obtain the

West Sussex County Council in Rydon FOI Breach The closure of Rydon school won’t go away. Louise Goldsmith, Conservative Leader of West Sussex County Council, who in July took the decision, after a one hour meeting with officials, has delayed twice in answering our Freedom of Information request about her handling of the final decision - the first time was in direct breach of FOI legislation. On 24th August we asked for a list of the points submitted by the public in the final consultation in June, together with Ms Gooldsmith’s responses. We also asked how much time Ms Goldsmith had spent on the matter. The Council didn’t respond until prompted, and after the statutory deadline had passed. They then said they didn’t understand the first question, but that that Ms Goldsmith had spent an hour with officials in a briefing before making the decision. We have asked for an internal review - but have now been told that apparently the person who has the information is “off sick”. So only one person in the whole of WSCC has these records. Glebe Surgery Proposal Update

Storrington village residents have formed a new Community Action Group - SPANGLE (Storrington People Against Needless Glebe-Land Extortion) – in the fight to preserve the village’s last remaining historic Green Space, which is under threat from development. SPANGLE’s SaveTheGlebe campaign is uniting residents who are outraged at the actions of the Diocese of Chichester, which, they feel is ransoming the village’s future healthcare needs in return for the destruction of Glebe Field – a unique Green Space which has been at the heart of village life for centuries. A planning application (DC/16/2108) has been submitted to Horsham District Council for a new 1,400 sq m healthcare centre along with 24 homes, a new pharmacy and 100+ parking spaces. Planning consultants acting on behalf of applicants – Millwood Designer Homes and Medical Centre Developments – claim that the new surgery cannot be built unless 24 residential units are built on the Glebe Field. In a meeting on 13th October, Storrington and Sulington Parish Council voted to refuse the application, and the decision now passes to Horsham District Council. Glebe Surgery - Former Doctors Respond

Dear Editor In response to Mr Nuttall’s letter about the Glebe Surgery, we hope to be allowed to explain some history, and our view. As those who have lived in the village for a long time will remember, back in 1989 we were desperate for a new surgery, as the Amberley Road surgery was only a tiny bungalow, and was totally inadequate. We … welcomed Dr Bonnie Tse to the practice, but she had to practice from a tiny Portcabin in the garden, with no running water. We were, therefore, delighted to be approached by the Diocese of Chichester, who was keen to develop part of the Glebe Field and proposed a deal whereby we could buy land from them, to build a new surgery. The payment … for this land was a sum of money plus the deeds to the old bungalow surgery. The contract contained two critical clauses - the first of which was

a covenant, allowing the new Glebe Surgery to be used as surgery and nothing else; the second was a clause that stated that those who owned the bungalow (Drs Kalaher and Whitehead) would receive a further sum of money, in the event of any part of the Glebe Field being developed. None of us were involved in writing this contract, which was drawn up by the Diocese solicitors. It was presented to us as non-negotiable. We were desperate for extra clinical space, and the only thing that mattered to the three of us was moving to a new purpose-built surgery, so we agreed and duly signed the contract. We all took out very sizeable loans to allow us to pay for the building of the present Glebe Surgery. Time has passed, we are all now retired from the practice and have all sold our shares of the building. We were saddened by the closure of Millstream Surgery but the situation is what it is. There is no going back. In our opinion it is totally unviable for the Glebe Surgery to operate from two premises. Even when both surgeries were open, the Glebe surgery was already too small to provide all the modern services from which patients in Steyning and Pulborough can benefit. Storrington deserves a large new surgery, big enough to accommodate 15-20,000 patients. Whether or not we want more housing in this village, it is surely inevitable that more houses will be built. We need a surgery to cater for the existing population and many more besides. The NHS now actively encourages GPs to work in large practices, and in these financially difficult times, we can see absolutely no likelihood of it finding money to build a branch surgery either in Ashington, or another nearby village. To suggest that past Glebe GPs have been motivated by greed is, we believe, unfair and untrue. Their goal has always been simply to seek the best environment in which to provide quality medical services for the ever-expanding population. We are proud that we can honestly say that we never operated the Glebe Surgery with a priority to maximise profits. Serving the community and putting patients first was always the ‘Glebe ethos’ and we are delighted to see every sign that this remains unchanged since the three of us retired from the Practice. Dr David Whitehead, Dr Bonnie Tse, Dr Martin Kalaher, By Email Editor’s note: See our article in July 2016 for background and an interview with Dr Newsom

Search Dogs Sussex Serving the community, saving lives By Lynn Smith There is undeniably a special relationship between man and dog. Throughout history the two species have jogged along pretty much side by side, each aiding and abetting the others development; a relationship benefiting – for the most part – both species. Dogs have evolved to exploit the benefits of living closely with man – shelter, food – and man has profited from a companion offering superior senses along with an unquestioning devotion. Dogs work alongside man in many roles, guide dogs for the blind, sniffer dogs, sheep herding dogs, all are familiar sights to most of us, but, there is a less well known branch of service dog that carries on its work with very little notice from the general public. Since March 2003, Search Dogs Sussex (SDS) has provided nationally qualified search dog teams to support the emergency services - looking for missing people - working 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, regardless of the weather. When someone considered to be at risk goes missing the police are the first point of contact. However, the missing person may not want to be found or if in a confused state, may try to hide from

the searchers. Searchers on foot from the Search and Rescue teams and police, and drones may have been deployed, but if the missing person is able to evade the searchers or has fallen and is hidden from sight there is a chance they will not be spotted. Which is where SDS comes into its own, unfazed by poor illumination, rough terrain or camouflaging undergrowth a search dog’s phenomenal scent receptors will lead him or her along the trail of a missing person as clearly as though that person had been floodlit. The Lowland equivalent of the better known Mountain Rescue, SDS was founded following the disappearance of Sarah Payne, the ensuing search highlighting the need for a professional volunteer search and rescue resource for the Police to call on within Sussex and surrounding counties. Called out directly by the emergency services, SDS is often placed on “standby” whilst the Police make their enquiries so that they can deploy quickly when asked. Chairman, Steve Ball has been with SDS for around twelve years and says that the charity receives between 25 to 30 callouts a year, but that, “We are up to 25 already this year (at the end of September) making it our busiest yet.” SDS may be called out to look for anyone that the Police determine to be vulnerable – ranging from a child to dementia sufferers and despondent (suicidal) people. And, because the dogs are what Steve calls “air scenting,” they are normally given rural areas to search, typically woodland and hills. Steve explains that, “On average a search dog is worked for around four hours, but this depends on the environment the dog is working in. Searches can go on for a really short period, for instance if the missing person turns up at home, or it can go for several days until all leads are exhausted with the available information.” SDS is a member of the national umbrella organisation The Association of Lowland Search & Rescue

tional operational standards. “Training a search dog takes commitment, patience and practice, practice, practice, with a typical dog and handler needing to train once a week, often more, for a period of time that could be up to two years or more.” Currently, the SDS team comprises twenty members, serving as dog handlers, dog support, and nonoperational support, such as fundraising and media management. All are unpaid volunteers, most of whom fit their constant training and search activities around full time jobs. SDS receives no government funding, relying solely on donations and sponsorship to keep the team operational and provide essential search and safety equipment such as dog first aid kits, radios and hi-visibillity clothing. All other expenses come from the team’s own pocket. Steve Ball says, “Predominantly I would say every member of the team wants to look after the most vulnerable members of our community and has a strong desire to make a difference and save lives. They are all great outdoors people and thrive on the challenges of working in a small team in all weathers often under a lot of pressure to find someone quickly before the elements overwhelm them. Obviously we are all dog lovers and then there are core skills like navigation radio operating and first aid, in which we are all trained.” There is clearly an extraordinary level of commitment involved with the average search dog retiring around ten or eleven years old. Retirement is at the discretion of the dog handler, whose dog will continue to work as long as it remains fit, enjoys the work and can keep going. Similarly, the handler continues to work for as long as he/she is fit enough to do the job – all operational members undergo an annual fitness test.

28 Local Charity At present, SDS does not have vacancies for dog handlers, although they do require volunteers in the vital support role of deploying the search dog and handler, which, Steve Ball explains, is a harder role to fill: “We require people to meet a basic criteria … [the role] is physically demanding and we are out in all weathers and in the remote woodland at night, which isn’t everyone’s cup of tea.” He adds, “Perhaps the biggest issue we face when recruiting is the amount of time a volunteer has to be prepared to put in, which is considerable and no expenses are paid, which is also a barrier for a lot of people as a considerable amount of travelling is required.” Fundraising is key for SDS, and they have the usual funding streams – including buckets and collection tins in local businesses, Just Giving pages. They attend shows such as Sussex Paws in the Park, and receive some funding from the National Lottery and the Libor fund etc., which is used for purchasing spe-

SUSSEX LOCAL cialist training and to fund vital equipment and clothing. From time to time SDS also organises a fun search and rescue introduction course, giving people the opportunity to experience the very basic levels of search dog training, raising funds and also talent spotting suitable dogs and handlers, whilst helping to spread the word about the work of the charity. Steve Ball says that the charity is becoming more well-known locally: “We enjoy a fantastic relationship with Sussex Police who support us wherever possible, we also work closely with other search and rescue assets such as Sussex Search and Rescue … who attend the callouts alongside us, and Neighbourhood Watch search teams.” The organisation enjoyed media coverage last year when it was awarded the Queens Award for Voluntary Services, the highest award a voluntary group can receive in the UK, and there are a number of television interviews featured on the website – well worth a look. www.searcgdogssussex.com

Four years ago at the request of a friend, Karen Towns made a Postman Pat van birthday cake complete with Pat and Jess the cat. Karen told Sussex Local that from this small beginning, the idea of Henry's cakes emerged. She is now fully involved in creating all sorts of cakes from sophisticated wedding confections and mini cakes and cupcakes to novelty Gruffalos, electric guitars, designer handbags and cakes decorated with beautiful handmade flowers. In fact Karen enjoys the challenge of making individually designed cakes which will complement whatever the recipient's special interest or pastime may be. Karen attributes her success to her attention to detail balanced with a friendly and relaxed approach and of course fabulous tasting cakes right down to the homemade jam! 32 Recipe

Cheesy Sussex Fondue Warm and comforting, ideal for an Autumn supper with friends 5. Leave Ingredients. Serves 10: cheese 200g Sussex Brie or Sussex Camembert (rind removed, roughly chopped); 200g Mayfield (rind removed, grated); 200g Sussex Charmer (grated); 2 Shallots chopped finely; Fresh or dried thyme; 2 tbsp Crème Fraiche; 2 tbsp Milk; 2 tsp Cornflour

Method: 1. Heat a pan with oil, thyme, salt and pepper and put a large saucepan with an inch or two of hot water on a low heat. Put a large heatproof bowl over the saucepan so you have a bain-marie. 2. Add the chopped shallots to the frying pan and cook them gently for around 5 to 10 minutes with a pinch of salt and pepper and the herbs, you want these softened not browned 3. Meanwhile grate the cheese and mix with the cornflour 4. Now add the cheese, shallots, milk to the bainmarie

the to slowly melt down, only stirring now and then to help it along. Once it has mostly melted, stir in the crème fraîche then a swig or two of hot water to loosen the mixture a little if needed. Have a taste to check the seasoning, and get all of your dipping ingredients and skewers at the ready.

To Serve Roast some streaky bacon wrapped Brussel sprouts in the oven with oil, thyme and seasoning for 25 minutes, and locally made cranberry sauce on the side. Or simply dunk classic French chewy bread.

In Your Garden Monthly gardening ideas and tasks by Andrew Staib of Glorious Gardens How to know which ones to select for the garden? I’ll give my favourites here but here are literally thousands to choose from and some nurseries now specialize in grasses alone.

Ornamental Grasses- give your garden some movement The South East is a windy place. Rather than fight the climate why not surrender and introduce some beautiful ornamental grasses into your garden. When it is breezy other garden shrubs are stubbornly immoveable but the long hair of grasses flow out across the beds and make one feel alive and wild! They also invoke the spirit of the countryside like no other plant which is why they are becoming so popular in the middle of out concrete cities. If you are going to go for some grasses don’t do it by halves. One or two in a bed will look lonely and the full ‘grass effect’ won’t be achieved. If you have a large garden you can even plant them in large blocks or ribbons that run through the beds like a river. Grasses are very easy to maintain. They take awhile to get going but by July they are making their presence felt and creating interest in the garden as the early Summer plants begin to fade. The great benefit of grasses is that they can be left all winter. As the green sap is withdrawn into their roots they turn a sandy golden colour and can catch the dew and then the frosts. Once a few little sprigs of green appear in Spring you can be radical and cut them down to the ground. At the Praire Gardens near Henfield they burn almost the entire garden down to the ground! Some are evergreen of course and so just subtle thinning out is needed.

Big Beauties. When choosing big grasses really make sure they fit into the proportions of your garden. If they are too big they can look like hairy, scarry Triffids intimidating all the little plants. The great queen of grasses are the Pampass GrassesContaderia. They were used as a feature plant in the 70’s in front gardens but now are an object of ridicule mainly I think because they did not achieve any integration in the rest of the planting scheme. However they

36 Gardening can be planted with other large grasses and their creamy white flower heads appear like beautiful spears amongst a mass of other grasses. Try planting one with Miscanthus Zebra Grass, Miscanthus Flamingo with it’s ridiculously graceful pink seed heads and Miscanthus Yukkashuma. Also Cortaderia ricardii is a much more arching delicate Pampas which fits better into most medium sized gardens. The mid range of grasses. For years Stipa giganta has been the great must have for it’s well behaved structure and golden oats effect in the setting sun - but have a look at the more explosive Molinia Karl Foester. Other mid-sized grasses include Calamagrostis Karl Foester and Pannicum Shenandoah which is very upright and has a red tinge to the foliage. The smaller grasses. My favourite is Anemanthele lessoniana. It has coppery, green and hay coloured foliage, has a relaxed habit and doesn’t mind some dry shade. It gets to about 2/3 foot high. For really dry conditions look to the Carex range such as Carex diva and Cares Ice Dance.

SUSSEX LOCAL There is an annual grass I have discovered recently called Pannicum ‘Frosted Explosion’. It has the most frothy delicate foliage and seed heads imaginable and even though it is an annual, it self-seeds so if you have a nice sunny bed, let it do its stuff. Then there are the little bullet proof grasses for the small garden, the black grass Ophiopogon, Vestuca gluuca and Stipa tennuisima. I like Sessleria as it is bright green in the spring, fades in the Summer, then comes back for another green showing in the Autumn. Blue Oat grass is a sturdy small grass too but doesn’t like to be waterlogged.

Companion planting If you study grasses in the English countryside you will see that flowers poke up through, whether it is a wildflower meadow or the verge of the road, and we can reproduce this in our gardens. Have a look at these combinations. Stop tennuissima with Agapanthas, Miscanthus Yukkashuma with Sanguisorba Pink Brushes, Molinia Paul Peterson with

Gardening

through the door Allium Purple Sensation and Pennisetum Viridesence with Helenium Moorhead Beauty. If you decide to go for it make sure the grasses are well balanced across the garden so that when a wind arrives you can see its passage via the grass movement. Also make sure the grasses are planted in positions that make sense, ie as if they have always been there! Good luck.

Places to visit this November If you go to pickyourownxmastree.co.uk you can find a place in your area where you can either choose the tree you want for Christmas or cut it down yourself. We go to Wilderness Woods for ours in Hadlow Downs. November is full of activities especially at the lovely old houses with their classic gardens that we have been visiting in the summer. Petworth House is hosting a Literary Festival, Hastings has its annual Herring Fair, there is the Lewes Bonfire night on November 5th and in Horsham The Great Christmas Market is open on November 26th.

37

What to do in November  Clean out the Glass Houses now and wash down  Keep collecting leaves and compost  It is not too late to order some more bulbs  This is the time to order bare root plants- for roses, trees and hedges. You will save up to 50% compared to buying them in pots and if the soil is still warm their roots will establish well.  Turfing and seeding can still be done now.  You can finish the tidying up of beds but you can think about leaving seedbeds and foliage so wildlife can have something to eat and shelter during the Winter.

New Car Safety Features by Foxy Lady Drivers Club Founder Steph Savil When you go car shopping, chances are you've done your homework thoroughly. Most of us start with the practicality of the car, having agreed the ideal number of doors and seats, the required onboard space and such like. Then there's the familiarity factors to consider; does it have the automatic gearbox or 4 wheel drive options we need, and should we stay with the brand we're used to, even if cheaper others seem to be more popular in motoring surveys? And finally should we be looking at new fuel alternatives now that hybrid and electric cars are more affordable choices?

driver fails to respond to an emergency situation. The What Car? UK Safety awards recognise the best cars in this area and this year's winner is the Volvo XC90 by a good distance. To find out more about this award, car safety standards and whether your car is as safe as others, please visit the Thatcham Research website www.thatcham.org. This article was written by Steph Savill of FOXY Lady Drivers Club. Subject to terms, eligible Club members enjoy generous affinity car discounts when buying a brand new car (including the Volvo XC90). www.foxyladydrivers.com

Often the deal breaker is price but one area that women drivers take particularly seriously is that of car safety. Whilst leading manufacturers compete for five-star Euro NCAP safety ratings it's a shame that some include lifesaving features in their selling prices whereas others don't and by charging extra can deter cost conscious shoppers. So I'd like to draw your attention to Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB), a safety feature that can stop car crashes causing serious injuries and accidents. It's fitted to vehicles to monitor traffic conditions ahead and it automatically brakes the car if the

Poppies on the Pond

The Storrington and District Museum will be hosting a free exhibition on Saturday 26th November, 10 – 4pm following the First World War events of 1916 and commemorating the men of Storrington and its surrounding villages. Research from the recent Heritage Lottery Fund award to research the Battle of Boar’s Head which involved local men from Sussex the day before the Battle of the Somme will also be on display. This is the third award from the Heritage Lottery Fund that the Storrington and District Museum has received. In 2013 the first award was to research the village school where an annual school reunion takes place each September. The next award in 2014 was for the Roll of Honour which now hangs on the walls outside of the White Horse Hotel in Storrington’s High Street. It first appeared there in 1917.

46 Parish Council News

Ashington Parish Council Between April and September 2016 the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group put out an appeal to landowners to let us know about any land in the Parish that they may wish to develop. Without wishing to scare you all we have had 25 sites put forward. There is much work to be done before any shortlisting of sites takes place – each site needs to be assessed and the assessment criteria are currently being worked on. Each landowner will be required to make a presentation of their proposals at a public meeting and residents will get an opportunity to give their feedback on the various proposals. We will release a list of sites in due course but we are currently missing some vital information from some sites so the list is not yet comprehensible.

Neigbourhood Plan The Neighbourhood Plan Focus Group work started in September. The groups are analysing the village in detail and this information will be used to prepare a very detailed Village Survey. We will be looking for ALL

residents to complete the Survey and lucky draw prizes will be on offer as an incentive. The Survey will give the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group some firm information about how YOU feel about our village - how you want to see it develop in the future, what parts of the village you value and want to protect and where there are issues we need to address. If you don’t fill in the Survey then your views will not be taken into account when assessing the 25 sites.

Thank You Thank you to those of you who completed our previous general survey and those of you who attended the various open events & Festival stand. Your feedback is being used. If you want to know more about Neighbourhood Plans then visit the Parish Council website Neighbourhood Plan page. www.ashingtonpc.org.uk

Parish Council News

News from Storrington & Sullington Parish Council by Anna Worthington-Leese – Parish Council Chairman Attack in Storrington The Parish Council was shocked to hear reports that a woman in her 30s was attacked and raped by two men in Storrington on the evening of Monday 3rd October. At the time of going to print there is very little information but we sincerely hope that these men are caught soon and our thoughts go out to the victim and her family.

Mobile Phone Signals As reported last month, the project for proper mobile signal strength for Storrington, Sullington and Washington is progressing well and we are very pleased with the level of feedback received identifying the various areas where signal is particularly poor and the knock-on effects which go far beyond the inability of being able to make and receive calls in many areas of the villages. Independent testing of mobile signal was carried out during the week of 26 September and the results are expected to be analysed and available towards the end of the year, following which we will seek discussions with Ofcom on the outcome and next steps. The facility to provide feedback via the online form closed at the end of October and we would thank everyone

who has supported our project by giving such an excellent level of response While waiting for the results of the testing we will continue liaising with other organisations aiming to achieve proper nationwide mobile signal to enable us to build our case for Storrington, Sullington and Washington to be included within the areas designated to receive proper signals in line with the Government's target. When confirming the completion of testing, Ofcom also advised that they had just launched a new Mobile Research App which would enable the reporting of bad signal in a simple way directly to them and it could be of interest to other communities that also suffer signal problems. http://consumers.ofcom.org.uk/phone/mobile phones/coverage/Ofcom-mobile-research-app/

Hormare Field Improvements Whilst the improvements to the field have now been completed, there is still an aftercare programme in place to ensure that the surface is as good as possible so that it can be ready for the Storrington Vipers

48 Parish Council News to use for the 2017/2018 season. The path is now open to the public but we would be very grateful if you could refrain from using the field and keep dogs on a lead until the after care programme is complete (see below for the after care schedule). We also hope that the field will be ready in time to host another Classic Car Show and are in early talks with a local charity who is hoping to arrange an Olympic themed event involving youth groups and other local organisations so watch this space for more information. Aftercare schedule October / November - Re-seed areas as necessary and fertilise whole field to boost growth. Roll and compact the soil and lightly trim grass. Winter Months - Monitor growth and treat or trim as necessary. Spring 2017 - Fertilise and commence grass cutting programme, treat weeds and monitor drainage.

Playground & Skatepark We are delighted to announce that planning permission has now been granted for the installation of a small scale Skate Park at the playground at Storrington Recreation Ground. The scheme will also involve a new toddler play area and the next step is to apply for grants to help fund the project. We hope to be able to commence the work in Spring 2017 so that the Skate Park is ready for use in the summer holidays.

SUSSEX LOCAL Storrington Christmas Night This popular event will be taking place once again on Thursday 1st December from 6pm and Storrington First School’s choir will be opening the event with a selection of festive songs. The winner of the Children’s Christmas Light Design will get to switch on their winning design and receive their prize from our Sponsors, Caremark of Pulborough. There will be the usual attractions and entertainment and this year we will be joined by the Italian Market as well as other stalls selling local produce and gifts. Santa will be in residence in his grotto so don’t miss your chance to take part in what is always a fantastic start to the festive season.

50 Parish Council News

Thakeham Parish Council After long delay, we now await the inspector’s comments on our Neighbourhood Plan, and we hope soon to be in a position to hold a referendum to endorse it, which will greatly strengthen local influence on planning matters. We continue, with HDC’s support, to resist inappropriate greenfield housing schemes, including a second application for a 60-unit scheme at Snapes Corner.

www.hydenewhomes.co.uk for more information). Further roadworks around the new northern access point (by the Village Hall) will be followed by traffic calming improvements. We still await detailed proposals regarding possible changes to the phase 2 housing mix – when details emerge, we will arrange a public meeting and get feedback in open forum. The Meadowbrook development at Water Lane approaches completion, but we continue to monitor developments, including landscaping issues. Further information can be found on our website (thakehamparish.co.uk).

Road safety is one of our residents’ main concerns and we have made applications for reduced speed limits on the B2139, south of Picketty Corner and over Jackets Hill. We are also seeking WSCC help to improve safe walking/cycling routes, including a link between central Thakeham and Storrington, and improvements around the Rydon and Water Lane roundabouts. Changes to school arrangements due in 2017 increase the urgency of this. At Abingworth, work has started on 20 affordable homes west of the B2139, which will be managed by Hyde Housing Association (0345 606 1221/
