Anyone who hasn’t practised snowsports for a long time due to injury, surgery or for any other reason can now pick up where they left off with the support of a snowsports specialist. It is up to the individual to decide when to go back to snowsports. However, we recommend that this first step back onto the snow be taken with the support of the RESET ON SNOW programme, which provides specially trained and experienced instructors from Suvretta Snowsports School.

The ‘Reset on Snow’ instructors regard themselves as a link to a network of specialists. They help skiers who are a little out of practice to regain their confidence on the snow.
The Reset on Snow instructors are not only trained on the snow but also take part in courses at the Medical Spa Centre MTZ and the Klinik Gut St. Moritz.

Whether cross-country skiing, skiing or snowboarding, under expert guidance, you will learn the correct way to move and how to use the latest technology. Instruction will be given on a step-by-step basis, depending on your individual ability and pace. The aim is to promote a body awareness that helps the wintersports enthusiast to develop confidence and faith in his or her own physical abilities. The instructor controls and manages all external conditions, such as "traffic" on the slopes, materials, snow conditions or nuisance factors so that participants have freedom to move and can benefit from a greater learning effect. The ‘Reset on Snow‘ mentors are in constant contact with orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists and ski-boot specialists. This ensures comprehensive, individual support.
