PINE MEADOW VILLAGE SUMMARY OF RULES AND REGULATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&RS) Exterior Maintenance: All homes, townhomes and condominiums shall be maintained in a clean and attractive manner. Landscaping and house paint/stain shall be monitored and maintained to remain in compliance with CCRs. ARC approval is needed for any changes to existing landscaping, paint or stain. ARC approval is also required when restaining or repainting home in previously approved color. All owners are responsible for removing debris including, but is not limited to, grass clippings, leaves, and snow on sidewalks. Rental Occupancy: Rented properties are allowed a maximum of 6 people including children. Fences: Screening and fencing are not considered the same things. No lot perimeter fencing is allowed (see ARC guidelines). Deer fences around landscaping perimeters are not permitted, however, individual trees and shrubs may be protected. For clarification please check with the On-Site Manager or the ARC. Screening Outdoor Equipment: Propane tanks, refuse containers, HVAC units, firewood, bicycles, maintenance equipment, drying racks, etc. shall be screened from view of an individual walking by on sidewalks and paved walking paths. Outdoor screening needs ARC approval. Garbage Cans: All refuse containers need to be put out on collection day by 7 AM and returned to the screened area the same day. Vehicle Parking: No trailers, campers, snowmobiles, incapacitated motor vehicles, boats, etc. may be parked or stored outdoors on any lot or common area. Contact the On-Site Manager if temporary parking while loading or unloading before or after a trip is required. Additionally, ensure you and your guests do not park in areas designated for other home owners. Animal Control: Dogs must be walked on leash and all pet waste picked-up and disposed of properly. PMV has four waste stations scattered throughout PVM. Any dog run built on a lot must be screened and ARC approved. Playground Equipment: Permanent play equipment must be screened and toys and lawn games should be removed from view after use. Consult with the On-Site Manage or ARC for more guidance.

The Peterson Ridge Mountain Bike and Hiking Trail was designed as a ladder system. It consists of two linear trails, the PRT West and PRT East trails, with numbered connectors marked by junction posts that allow riders and hikers to design their own riding or hiking experience. We have included a loop option guide showing the distances from our Sisters Trailhead.
