Geoff Pearce Deputy Chief Executive
Andy Gatrell Group Director of Development & Property Andy leads Swan’s regeneration and development functions across London and Essex and is responsible for the delivery of a pipeline of 8,000 homes. He is also responsible for the sale and marketing of the new homes Swan delivers and the maintenance of its existing properties. Prior to joining Swan, Andy was Assistant Director of Development and Strategic Initiatives at East Thames and was at Savills working with a range of clients in both the public and private sectors.

Since joining Swan in 2014, Geoff has overseen the growth of Swan's regeneration and development programme, progressing longstanding major regeneration projects at Blackwall Reach and Beechwood Village and leading on many new regeneration projects; Purfleet Town Centre, the Queensway estate in Southend on Sea and the Laindon Centre. Swan's in-house construction service has grown exponentially and we have opened our own modular housing factory in Basildon. In 2020 Geoff was made Deputy Chief Executive, taking on additional responsibilities, including property services and strategic planning.
Juliette Bartlett Director of Development
Juliette leads our Development Team in the delivery of our large scale regeneration projects including the 1,500+ Home Blackwall Reach regeneration and the 2,850 home transformation of Purfleeton-Thames. She has worked at Swan since 2015 and previously led Swan's Experience Excellence programme and supported the development of Swan's new Corporate Strategy. Juliette is passionate about working in partnership to deliver high quality new homes and communities.
