PROFILE
A registered architect in QLD & India with a keen interest in designing and implementing BIM systems on complex and large scale projects alongwith construction documentation. Hands on experience in setting up and scaling BIM systems, training in house staff and consultants and setting up standards for working on Autodesk BIM 360 platform. I especially love to solve complex problems in BIM & IT discipline.
EXPERIENCE
Architect & Technology Lead | Jul 2018 - Present (multiple roles held) V ARCHITECTURE
Started as an architectural graduate documenting development applications & construction documentation, I quickly moved up the ladder, leading large scale projects, designing and implementing IT & BIM protocols in the practice. Conducted a complete IT systems upheaveal and moved the practice to onprem servers, virtual workstations and enhanced network security.
BUNDABERG BREWED DRINKS - BREWERY & OFFICE (2021-23)
Project Budget - $60 million (construction)
• Developed BIM Management Plan and workflows or model interoperability
• Developed, managed and maintained a digital twin of the project during construction process to create a deliverable for the client’s asset management software
• Liaised with client, builder & consultants to keep the project on track and reduce inefficiencies
• Led the documentation team in delivering DA, tender & construction documentation on time to keep works progressing
• Produced renders and walkthroughs of the office building in Enscape & V-Ray.
• Supervised progress on site and issued defects reports to the builder.
MOGGILL SHOPPING CENTRE (2020-21)
Project Budget - $27 million
• Organised preliminary design meetings with client to create a brief and distribute it to all stakeholders
• Conducted a feasibility study for the client to be able to proceed with the project
• Delivered development application, tender, construction and as built documentation for all aspects of the project
• Conducted clash detection on BIM360 & Navisworks for all services, structure and design elements and oversaw the coordination team

REDLYNCH COMMERCIAL CENTRE (2019 - 20)
Project Budget - $9 million
• Modelled the entire project in Revit to an accuracy of millimeters
• Delivered development application, tender, construction and as built documentation for all aspects of the project
• Prepared architectural visualisations on Revit and Enscape for client’s marketing purposes
• Conducted clash detection on BIM360 for all the consultants and reduced inefficiencies in documentation and construction

A brief contractual role to work on two fantastic hotels in cairns. Bailey & Riley by Crystalbrook Collection were complex leisure projects with a $100m+ budget.
• Delivered construction documentation for concrete tilt panels, structural slab setouts, services setouts and interior elevations
• Conducted clash detection of services in part of the building for preparing setout drawings
• Modelled interior fitout of the hotel room types in Revit and created custom families
