• Organised meetings with the client and builder to set out an initial brief and distributed it to all stakeholders.

• Developed a BIM Management Plan to set up model sharing standards with a focus on working on BIM360

• Developed, managed and maintained a digital twin of the project during construction process to create a deliverable for the client’s asset management software.

• Liaised with client, builder & consultants to deliver quality design outcome.

• Lead the documentation team in delivering DA & construction documentation on time to keep works progressing.
