My Deviled Eggs
9 large eggs
2 1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch of paprika
Pinch of celery seed
6 slices bacon crisply fried and chopped
2 - tsp. chopped chives
Boil eggs until hard, cool and peel. Slice eggs in half length wise. Separate yolks from the whites. Set the whites aside and mash all ingredients together with the yolks, except bacon and chives. When smooth, place mixture inside the whites and top with sliced bacon and chopped chives.
