STRESS SUppORT GROUp The Historical Society of the Upper Mojave Desert (HSUMD) has become a community center of activity that, among other things, recognizes and supports Veterans who have served our country.

The ways HSUMD supports veterans are many and varied. They include the estab-

lishment of a Veterans Memorial Building that displays and honors the stories of our local Veterans and their service. They include hosting a monthly Veterans Breakfast for all Veterans and their spouses at the Historic USO Building. And HSUMD hosts a regular gathering of a Stress Support Group on
