On February 3rd, 2022, we were told to expect snow and icy roads. I prayed to God that He would watch over us diligently and make sure that we were better prepared for the second time around. When the snow and ice had arrived, I realized how beautiful the campus looked covered in the snow while the sun gently glistened over the snow.
My walk towards the cafeteria was something quite spectacular. I could feel the cold breeze brush against my face and as I knelt to get a feel of the snow it made my hands go numb. Being able to slide on the ice was always a fun thing to do as well, but what really made me in a cheery mood was the fact we got a four-day weekend out of this. Even though I can’t say I used the time wisely, I did enjoy the time I had.
