Hot tropical nights in Mauritius are like no other. These series of fashion shows that take place around the island are designed to not only inculcate the culture of fashion week in Mauritius, but also to showcase the talent of local designers as well as their new collections. Mauritius is world renowned for its textile industry and so Summer 2010/2011 clothing lines by Billabong, Body and Soul, Celio, Bluesteel, Trends, Attire, Fashion VS, and IV Play epitomised the warm tropical climate in a uniquely Mauritian fl avour whilst remaining on trend.
