ORIENTATION & POSITION Communal area facing north to get most sunlight during the day, nearer to Mr Sparrow garden and gives privacy to the family. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry at west because those are the least occupy space during the day. There is less windows on west to prevent hot evening sun coming into house.
