Curvas seductoras

Gabriel Teixidó quiso crear una colección confortable y resistente. Tenía que ser moderna pero con un carácter neutro que le permitiese adaptarse en cualquier entorno. Apostó por emplear el trenzado tradicional en fibra reciclable Shintotex –desarrollada por POINT– para crear los asientos y respaldos, que combinó con patas en madera de teca procedente de bosques sostenibles de tala controlada y un cojín en espuma de poliuretano, preparado para soportar la intemperie. Así consiguió llegar a una colección contemporánea con detalles clásicos. Arc se compone de sillas, taburetes, sillones, mesas de centro y rincón. Las mesas auxiliares pueden ser personalizadas con diferentes materiales en las tapas, desde porcelánico, HPL y teca.

Seductive curves

Gabriel Teixidó wanted to create a comfortable yet hard-wearing collection. It had to be modern but with a neutral character that would allow it to fit into any environment. He chose to use a traditional weave in the recyclable Shintotex fibre, developed by POINT, to create the seats and backrests, which he combined with legs made of teak wood from sustainably managed forests and a polyurethane foam cushion that is made to withstand the elements. He has managed to achieve a contemporary collection with classic details. Arc consists of chairs, stools, armchairs, coffee tables and corner tables. The side tables can be customised with tops made from different materials, including porcelain, HPL and teak.
