Baked Gun Lo Min Directions 1. Lay noodles in a a large non-stick turkey roasting pan. 2. Slice thin char siu or roast pork. Save some for the finished dish at the end. 3. Combine oyster sauce & sesame oil & pour evenly over noodles. 4. Place cut-up meat over the top. Cover & bake at 350 degrees for approximately 3/4 hour, or until heated through. Make sure you stir noodles around periodically to ensure even heating, & that they don’t stick to bottom & burn. 5. While noodles are in oven, stir fry all your veggies in a large non-stick pot or wok using very little oil (healthy!). Use garlic salt & some pepper for seasoning. 6. After stir-frying, layer all your veggies over noodles in pan as soon as they are done in oven. Sprinkle more meat on top for a nice mix! Note: Ask MOM to prep these veggies for you ahead of time because this part is the most time-consuming & labor-intensive process. I am at my
kitchen sink for WELL OVER an hour or two, cleaning & cutting & washing, & cleaning & cutting & washing, & cleaning & cutting & washing all of these veggies! But so, so worth it!!
