Quick Strawberry/Blueberry/Peach/or Apple
Ingredients: 2 cans (21oz.) fruit & pie filling your choice of flavor 1/2 cup butter, softened 3 oz. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp vanilla extract 18 oz. Golden Butter, Yellow, or Lemon Cake Mix
Directions: 1. Pour pie filling into a greased 9�x13� baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until heated through. 2. Meanwhile, cream butter & cream cheese in a small mixing bowl until fluffy. Beat in vanilla. 3. Place dry cake mix in a large bowl & cut in cream cheese mixture until crumbly. 4. Sprinkle over hot filling. Bake uncovered, 25-30 minutes longer or until topping is a nice golden
Note: I would use the Lemon Cake Mix with Blueberry & Peach Pie Filling & the Golden Butter Cake Mix with Strawberry & Apple Pie Filling.
