Cream Corn Ingredients: 1 lb bag of Frozen White Corn (I like the C & W brand) 1 tspSugar 1 tsp Butter or Margerine 1/8 tsp Salt Small carton of Whipping Cream Directions: 1. Melt the butter in a pan, add corn from the bag, sugar, salt, & whipping cream. 2. Cook for 20 minutes at medium to high heat or until the sauce is creamy. Stir occasionally.

Note: This is easy & delicious! I usually make this for the Thanksgiving & Christmas holidays. It was given to me by a co-worker. Aunty Irene Ginoza (Carrie’s Aunty in Los Angeles)
