Directions 1. Salt & Pepper stew meat. 2. Add veggies. 3. Add tomato sauce, beef broth, water, bay leaves & shoyu. 4. Give every thing one big stir & cook on low for about 7 hours.
Directions: 1. Place pork in crock pot. 2. Combine shoyu, liquid smoke & water & pour over pork. 3. Sprinkle salt & ginger over the pork. 4. Cook on low for approximately 10 hours. 5. Shred meat with a fork before serving.
